Punt Systeembouw management talks about acquisition process

Peter Strijbis acquired the company Punt Systeembouw in 2003 through a management buyout and was assisted by Sophista.

A few years ago, son Paul came into the picture as successor for the company. Sophista took on the role as process facilitator and ensured that the share transfer was a fair deal for all parties and that the transactions were tax and legal in every detail.
