Sophista joins European M&A network euroMerger

April 17, 2025 – Sophista is proud to announce that it has joined the leading European M&A network euroMerger. This strategic move strengthens Sophista’s position and offers new opportunities for international cooperation.

euroMerger is a European network of 24 independent M&A firms across 16 countries that operate jointly to facilitate cross-border transactions. The network consists of 100+ professionals and offers access to local market knowledge and a wide range of potential buyers and investors, allowing members to optimally support their clients in international transactions. In the Netherlands, Florijnz and Groenewegen & Lukaart are already members of this network. Together with these offices, Sophista forms euroMerger Holland.
